30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

How to Request a Return

Email us before sending an item back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
