Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. For cross-border orders, delivery commonly takes approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch, but customs, carrier conditions and destination may affect timing.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed before dispatch.
